Adult Swim partners with Arktan for mobile app’s second screen experience

Now, Adult Swim, another Turner property, will partner with Arktan to power the social platform of the new Adult Swim mobile app, ‘Adult Swim Bump Builder.’ As viewers watch Adult Swim programming , they will be able to sync the app to the linear telecast and follow the real-time social conversation. App users will be able to not only follow the social conversation, but help guide it. By connecting Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram accounts, fans will be able to share directly to social networks via the app.

The app is optimized to make viewing photos and videos a good experience for phone and tablet users. Adult Swim has cornered a valuable market – 18-34 male viewers – and keeping them engaged and socially active via a bespoke mobile app will be greatly beneficial to the network.
