In honor of Bad Girls Club season 12, Oxygen’s popular reality show, the network has teamed up with Beamly (formerly Zeebox) to create a brand new social gaming experience to vote on the show’s moments. The “Ultimate Bad Girl Moments” will live on Beamly, Oxygen.com, Beamly.com and Oxygen Now. This marks a major addition to the newly launched Oxygen digital properties that is bringing social TV even more to the front of its strategy.
“We’re always looking at new and innovative ways to super-serve our highly social and interactive audiences,” said Lisa Hsia the EVP of Digital for Oxygen Media at NBCUniversal in the announcement. “Letting our fans be able to vote on their favorite ‘Bad Girls Club’ moments in a way that is accessible through all of our platforms – Oxygen Now and the newly revamped Oxygen.com – as well as Beamly.com makes it fun and easy for fans and an attractive, seamless model for the network.”
The social gaming experience will be similar to a college basketball bracket. “The bracket will run over the course of 20 weeks, with fans watching GiFs and weighing in on which Bad Girl dominates across categories like ‘Life of The Party’ and ‘Devious Divas.’”
The game will culminate with the season finale of the show keeping fans on their toes on multiple screens.
