The Wall Street Journal is reporting that ESPN and Twitter will expand their partnership that was announced a year ago. Last night’s E! upfront was once again, the party not to miss. The Kardashians, Ryan Lochte, Kevin Jonas and more were in NYC for the network’s big celebration for advertisers.
