Colbert, Fallon sing Rebecca Black tune ‘Friday’

It’s the weeekend… weeekend… so that’s a good enough reason to embed this hilarious clip of Stephen Colbert on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon singing, “Friday.”

If you’re not familiar with that particular tune, it started as a low-budget music video on YouTube and skyrocketed 13-year-old Rebecca Black into some kind of inverse viral stardom. With millions of views, the clip is the most disliked ever in the history of YouTube.

But without further ado, here’s Mr. Colbert. (And watch for the QR code towards the end.)

One interesting aside: Black appeared on Good Morning America to sing an acoustic version of her tune, and ABC News posted it on YouTube — and bought a search ad to promote it, to boot. That clip is over 1 million views and counting.
