Google Street View adds 3D

As if Google Street View wasn’t cool enough, you can now look at its pictures in 3D. The company introduced the tech on April 1st, leading some to wonder if it was an elaborate April Fool’s Joke. But no – it’s the real deal. You click on the icon of a yellow person wearing red and blue glasses, and boom – stereoscopic picture. How useful is this? Not very.
