A daily double shot of aggregation on KIROtv.com: Three times a day, Seattle’s Cox station site posts a new module featuring links to the “hottest” stories in the market, even if they’re hosted on a competitor’s site.  Many of the links are to neighborhood news sites, which are pumping out an increasing amount of original coverage.  Of course, aggregation is not new, but local media companies are warming to linking out in prominent ways, especially in today’s resource-challenged environment.
