TiVo officially unveiled “TiVo Stream” today, a $130 device that enables homes with TiVo Premiere DVRs to watch live and on-demand HDTV on up to four mobile devices. While live viewing is limited to the home, you can download a favorite show or movie and take it with you (a 30-minute show takes about 13 minutes to download if you’re OK watching it in standard def, explains AllThingsD).

It’ll go on sale on September 6th, working on iOS devices out of the box, with Android coming soon.
